From Kochi! "Disaster prevention plants" to survive disasters
Disaster prevention plants are native wild grasses which grow naturally around us and can be eaten if they are cooked or processed, there are about 40 species, such as white clover, crow bean end, Enokorogurasa (cat lady). Members are trying to disseminate knowledge mainly by Mr. Shoichi Sawaragi (91), a plant researcher in Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture.
