Ureshino tea with a taste of the great voyage

Green tea is made by stopping the function of oxidizing enzyme by adding heat while fresh leaves are fresh. The main heating method is "steaming", but there is another "kettle roasting" which heats in a kettle. Actually this is the recipe of tea cultivation in Japan. It was also a pot-fried tea ceremony which passed from the East to Europe in the age of the voyage, and it is drunk all over the world. Only a small part of Kyushu such as hot spring resort and Ureshino city in Saga prefecture produces roasted roasted tea in Japan. Even Ureshino is about 10% of the production volume and is also called "phantom tea".
